Bathroom Remodel
Tibor Lakatos of Creative Tile and Remodel recently remodeled all of the bathrooms in our home. He and his subcontractors did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. Work included removing an old shower and tub, building a shower, installing a new tub, tiling shower, tub surround, backsplashes, and floors, electrical, plumbing, installing a new closet door, and a pocket door.
During the many weeks we worked with Mr. Lakatos, he was always available by telephone and responded to any concerns immediately. His people were always on time, worked hard and were respectful of us and our home. Despite delays, which were the result of materials I had ordered not arriving on time, he still managed to finish the project in time for the arrival of our holiday guests. His original bid was completely accurate. The only changes in cost were due to additional work we requested as the project progressed. His prices were more than fair and he was willing to pick up and deliver materials we purchased on our own.We would recommend Creative Tile and Remodel without reservation. We are delighted with our beautiful new bathrooms.
FULL HOUSE REMODEL
I did a full house remodel—ceiling to floor—including central HVAC, kitchen, fireplace, all woodwork, casings and doors this summer. All this in six weeks, at a very reasonable price no less! I immediately felt comfortable with his work ethic and overall approach to my project. He listened to my ideas and offered suggestions to improve the project without being pushy. Each day he informed me when he would arrive, the tasks to be performed, provided an update of the progress and left my home tidy. I was very impressed with his professionalism and had no reservation giving him access to my home in my absence. or all phases of construction.
Tibor also has a wonderful network of tradesmen and vendors who enjoy working with him as well. The teamwork was amazing and the coordination of the various schedules was seamless. Best of all, the project started and ended on schedule and was within budget.
